Once case information has been entered in the Case Manager, the data can be used to generate documents in Microsoft Word through the Custom Forms generator. Documents are created using data fields exported from the PIP Case Management system. The system comes with a Basic Letter and Fax Cover Sheet, however, any or all of your documents can be integrated into our system. Please call us for more details at (909) 621-3554.

Documents can be generated using one of 3 different Letterheads:
(1) "None" - Leaves 7 blank spaces at the top of the document to allow printing of the document on your pre-printed letterhead.
(2) "Basic" - A letterhead created by HiPerSoft which is formatted with your firm information, including Telephone and Fax numbers.
(3) "Custom" - Your own digital letterhead which is integrated into the system through a simple file copy.
