may find a quick answer in the

DOWNLOADS pages of this website. If
those pages have not provided a solution for your problem, we provide FREE
technical support by both e-mail and fax. Upon receipt of your request for
support, we will provide a response within 24 hours. E-MAIL SUPPORT: Send a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing to support@hipersoft.com. If an error message was generated when you experienced your problem, please send a screen shot of the error message, or provide a verbatim description of the error message. In addition, we request that you attach for our review any files which you believe to be related to the issue. FAX SUPPORT: In order to submit a request for technical support by fax, we provide for download from this website a Technical Support Request Fax (TSRF). This document is formatted for Adobe Acrobat Reader for easy viewing, downloading, and printing. Please fill in all the appropriate information on the TSRF and fax to our offices at (909) 621-4169.
