On the Windows platform, the remote demonstration is conducted using the "UltraVNC" remote access software. It takes less than a minute to establish a connection over the Internet between one of our computers and yours, after which we will install the PIP program and take you for a tour.

On the Macintosh platform, the remote demonstration is conducted using a connection established through "LogMeIn.com". To setup a Free LogMeIn.com account, and prepare your Mac for a remote connection, please go to the following link: https://secure.logmein.com/products/free/mac/
