What Is It?
In our continuing effort to provide the most advanced automation in the most cost effective
manner, HiPerSoft has developed the Pull Down Menu System for
WordPerfect. This product allows you to utilize all of the documents you have developed
over the years by integrating those documents into the Pull Down Menu System. Once
integrated, you and your staff will have an extensive document library which can be
accessed in seconds! The Pull Down Menu System feature is
added to your existing WordPerfect program at the top of the screen, directly to the right
of the Help Menu.

How It Works!
The convienent location of the Pull Down Menu System greatly reduces the amount of time it
takes to produce letters and documents. Instead of having to find where a file is located
on your computer, open it up, and then type in the pertinent information, documents can now
be created in two simple steps. First, you would use the
Practice Information Powertool 2008 to create a
"blank Letter" that contains your firm's letterhead, the current date, the name and address
of the addressee, a greeting (i.e. Dear Client,), and a closing. Then, with another click
of the mouse you can "drop in" the body of the document which has been saved in
the Pull Down Menu System.
Features and Benefits
The Pull Down Menu System comes in three different sizes.
The difference between them is the number of documents that each can hold. You can
choose from 75, 150, or 225 document place holders. Each of the Menu Systems come with
45 discovery objections that can be used when responding to discovery. The remaining
place holders are left blank so that you can incorporate your own document library, which,
for example, may contain letters to clients, insurance companies, medical providers, or
affirmative discovery questions. In two simple steps, any document can be incorporated
into the Pull Down Menu System, and be available at your
fingertips for quick and easy document production.
